What is the minimum rental period?

The minimum rental period is __ days.

On which side of the road do you drive in Mauritius?

Is the Mileage restricted?

All our cars come with unlimited mileage meaning you can drive as long as you want as long as there is fuel in the tank.

What happens in case of break down?

In case of break down, we will replace your current car rental with another one. We also do provide 24/7 service around the island.

Are your child seats safe?

All of our child seats are in total conformity to the Mauritian laws in vigour.

Are additional drivers included?

You will have to notify us at pay-out about the additional drivers so that they also be included in the contract. Additional drivers also have to be owners of a valid driving license.

I want to add Extras in my booking

If you want to add Extra services in your booking, we offer you the possibility to do so at pay-out.

How is the rate calculated?

All of our cars are rented on a 24 hours basis.

Can I cancel a booking?

Cancellations are available. You need to notify us in advance about it.

Are child seats available?

The 1st child/booster seat is free. Additional ones are available at pay-out.

Do I need a driver’s license to rent a car in Mauritius?

To rent a car in Mauritius, you compulsorily have to own a valid driver’s license recognized by the Mauritian government. An International driving license is also valid.

I have a foreign driving license. Can I drive in Mauritius?

Foreign driving licences are allowed in Mauritius.

Who else can drive the car?

Only the person renting the car and the additional drivers mentioned in the contract are allowed to the drive the car and are covered by the insurance.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver cars all around the island. Airport, Villas and hotels.

I have a lot of luggage. Do you provide luggage transfers?

We provide luggage transfers at an additional cost. You will have to check it at pay-out.

What happens in case of accident?

If it happens that you meet with an accident, don’t panic. Call us immediately. We will come on the spot and help you with the procedures to follow.

How does the booking engine work?

The booking engine is easy to use. You just need to follow the step by step instructions provided. You first need to Pick an arrival and departure date as well as pick-up and drop-off locations. We will then process your request and provide you with the best options according to your criteria.

What if I want to upgrade my booking?

If you want to upgrade your booking, please notify us in advance. You will have to pay the difference fee. Upgrading is subject to availability of vehicles.
